Somehow, I managed to survive my first week of teaching (which had a few wrinkles, but they seemed be ironed out) and hit the road of Friday afternoon for San Antonio, Texas. It's been a while since I've made long drives in the car (like two years, since I moved back home). That being said, I LOVE the Texas Hill County. I was able to stay with one of my BEST friends and we had awesome adventures. When I look at this picture all I can think about is the great time I had in San Antonio. I loved shopping. I loved running around. I loved our conversations. And I was even forced into doing my eye makeup. So, there you go. Personal history in the making. |
This week was craaaaazy!!!! I was asked to be an adjunct instructor for the Fall semester - which is SUPER exciting. So, school started last week. In addition to planning for my classes my FAVORITE ;) cousin was also getting married August 29th and I had planned to stay with one of my best friends. What a busy week! I definitely felt overbooked with so much crammed into my schedule.
